How old were you when you began learning to create art?
I started doing art in 5th grade and fell in love with art in 9th grade

What do you Love about Teaching?
I love having the ability to guide students to fall in love with themselves through their own artwork

Where did you receive your Degrees in Art Education?
I studied art at University of Hawaii Manoa and completed my Masters in the teaching of Arts Education at the Academy of Art University in San Francisco.

Your Unique Approach to Teaching
As a teacher, my goal is to make sure every student of mine feels like their ideas are listened to and nurtured. My job is to make them feel respected while they grow their skills as artists

What are your hobbies & Interests?
Outside of art, I enjoy yoga, cooking, and strolling through art museums.
