Leadership In Training - Performing Arts Camps
Welcome to an amazing Summer Camp Leadership in Training Mentor Program for Teens
Our Summer Leadership In Training program is ideal for teens aspiring to gain and develop leadership skills in the arts, in a classroom setting. Leaders-In-Training spend Performing Arts Camp first actively learning in Leadership Classes and then assisting, creating and implementing camp activities for younger campers.
Gain real experience! Receive on-going support. Secure future references.
Leaders have the opportunity to execute their objectives alongside real students while also being actively mentored by credentialed, certified teachers. Similarly throughout the week, leaders-in-training will receive mentorship in communication, situational awareness, goal-setting, lesson planning, classroom management skills and much more! Additionally we provide take-home support resources for future employment / applications.
- Leadership Level 1 Certification from the Myriad Music School & Dance Academy
- Additionally we provide a recommendation letter to use for future employment, program applications, college applications, and more.
- Future on-going recommendation support. For example, Myriad’s Directors will continue to support you with requests for on-going future recommendations, documentation, professional references, etc. We offer tuition incentives for Leaders-In-Training who sign up for 2 weeks or bring a friend!

Leaders-In-Training spend Summer Dance Camp first actively learning in Leadership Classes and then assisting, creating and implementing dance camp activities for ages 5-7. Leaders have the opportunity to execute their objectives alongside real dance students while also being mentored by credentialed, certified teachers. Throughout the week, dance leaders-in-training will not only receive mentorship in communication but also awareness, goal-setting, lesson planning, management skills and also much more!
