During the summer session, we offer first-time trial lessons for Piano Team, Guitar Team, Violin Team and all private lessons only.

During the summer session we tailor our private studio schedule around your vacation schedule. Choose the weeks that you would like to attend. Take your instrumental skills to the next level during this six-week session. Focus on a unique skill or choose your own fun theme together with your private teacher this summer.

FUTURE ROCK STARS WANTED: Calling ALL Guitarists, Bassists, and Pianists
Ages 9 & up with at least 2 years of private lesson experience! ROCK BAND Rehearsals, Songwriting 101 & Recording Workshop...You'll get it all! This is the real deal - Our coaches play in bands themselves and have a lot of gigging experience. They will help their young future rock stars choose tunes, & work on all the elements that develop a great sound. Guitarits will explore lead guitar, rhythm guitar and bass guitar roles, and pianists will learn the keyboard parts. Develop rock band techniques to prepare you for a band performance in Summer Session Week 6.

ROCK BAND members have to be able to attend 5 of the 6 sessions, including Week 6 (July 25)

New to Piano? New to Guitar? Or are you a continuing Team student who wants to keep your skills sharp for the upcoming school year?

This is the perfect summer elementary skills piano or guitar class with both ensemble and private focus!

Choose your own schedule to match your summer plans. Summer tuition is based on the number of classes / weeks you choose to attend.

Piano and guitar teams are fun, unique classes where students learn correct techniques and postures at their instruments from the start, learn how to read music, and have fun playing music theory and skill games together. Piano and guitar team classes conduct the first and last parts of the class as a group. The teacher also works individually with each student on their solo pieces. In this way, children can learn at their own pace, as well as be inspired by others.

Piano & Guitar Teams plant the seeds for happy learning and motivate young beginners for years to come!

SUMMER VIOLIN CHAMBER CLASS

CALLING ALL Violinists! Register online now to be in a fun, intimate chamber class this summer! Learn rehearsal techniques with other violinists, and enjoy the rich experience of playing with others. Our upbeat encouraging teacher will tailor the music to match the tastes and skills of her summer ensemble.

Duets, Trios and Quartet music is lots of fun to play. Students refine their bowing techniques, their tuning ears and their rhythm accuracy together. This format is a nice change of pace from private lessons for the summer. Register soon as the class size is limited to 4.

SUMMER Music for the Young Child - Ages 4.5 - 6.5

Our Special Pre-Piano, Pre-Guitar, Pre-Violin class for young children

ONE OF OUR MOST POPULAR CLASSES!

TALES AROUND THE WORLD! This summer curriculum gives children pre-piano and pre-guitar skills & teaches enhanced note and rhythm reading. We travel around the world to learn songs & stories from other cultures. We perform these songs & stories on keyboard, mallet and percussion instruments, together with singing & dancing! This summer curriculum segues into our school year Music for the Young Child, Levels 1 -4, which prepares children for the coordination and reading skills to learn piano, guitar or violin. Children who are age 6 by the end of our Summer Young Child program can also join our Piano Teams, Guitar Teams or Violin Teams. Summer is a great time to lay the foundations for success in future music classes!

Week 6 will feature an End-of-Session Concert for parents!

Summer tuition is based on a total of 6 classes, and materials are included.

$170 for 6 classes, 10% off for sibling, Materials $30 extra.
